The Call Center Representativewill be responsible for answering telephone call inquiries of current and prospective patients, coordinating and organizing appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the healthcare environment and support delivery of quality patient care.

The Surgical Coordinator schedules, pre-certifies, verifies and documents procedure for Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgery Center as well as outside hospitals and surgery centers for patients. Work with other departments to schedule patients in a timely manner assuring that registrations and insurance information are correct.

As an Ophthalmic Technician you will be responsible for daily patient care, the ease and successful flow of the clinic and assisting physicians by assignments. Promptly and professionally administering treatment as allowed and ordered by the physician.
