Eye Doctors of Washington has an exciting career opportunity for Ophthalmic Technician in our Chevy Chase, Md. office with weekly travel, one to two days, to our Olney, Md. office. Our Top Candidate will bring at least one year of verifiable experience working in an ophthalmology practice as an Ophthalmic Technician. Candidates must be able to manually refract. Candidates possessing a COA or COT are highly preferred.

Ophthalmic Technicians are responsible for assisting the Ophthalmologist and/or Optometrist by documenting patient information into the Electronic Health Record as well as taking ocular measurements and administering treatment as allowed and ordered by the physician.
