Ophthalmologist position in Delaware

We’re seeking a general comprehensive ophthalmologist, a glaucoma specialist or a cornea and refractive trained candidate. This position is inheriting a patient base from a relocating physician and a qualified physician could step into a position seeing 40 patients per day with a case mix depending on your preference and training.  https://www.delawareeyecare.com

Consider joining this established practice with 7 doctors, both MD and OD, in an integrated practice model.  The group has ample demand for comprehensive ophthalmology, cornea, anterior segment, cataracts and premium IOLs, LASIK and other refractive cases.  A physician looking to have a mix of ocular plastics and anterior segment could also fit the position.  We have offices spanning from Newark down through Milford, DE).  This position is in our Newark, DE location.    

We’re offering very attractive base compensation and excellent top tier proven upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections.  Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided.

Our open position is located in the Newark, DE Metropolitan area.  Newark is a college town home to the University of Delaware.  The area offers an affordable cost of living, highly rated school systems, and a wonderful quality of life. Full-time Clinical and Surgical Ophthalmologist.  Residency trainned comprehensive anterior segment catarct surgeons encouraged to inquire as well as cornea, refractive, glaucoma or oculoplastic fellowship trained candidates.

MD or DO.  AGGME Accredited Residency Complete, ABO board eligible (within 5 years of completing training) or ABO board certified.  Ability to obtain a DE medical license.
