Colorado Eye Center is seeking an Location Manager who is capable of and can display a documented history of managing an optometric team to perform at a high level of competency in patient service, optical and clinical care.  In addition to management, this position actively assists in all departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties to assist in the function and efficiency of the clinical team 
  • Assist in optical, patient work-ups and diagnostic testing as needed based on the demands of business
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

 

Qualifications

  • Experience in the management of an eye care practice
  • Must exhibit the character and capability to train and mentor team members
  • Must be capable of managing the clinic on a daily basis while still being able to plan for operational improvement for tomorrow and beyond
  • Be highly energetic with a positive outlook 
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a well-organized, team-player with great attention to detail
  • Demonstrate superior computer skills
