ESP is seeking a Director of Provider Recruitment for our growing company.  The ideal candidate should be passionate and obsessed about research: A true Hunter with a strong desire to investigate, chase leads, gather and examine information.

Responsibilities

 

  • Leveraging digital recruiting resources
  • Handling interviews with Providers
  • Managing various administrative duties
  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms
  • Recording and posting job opportunity advertisements
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines, quality contacts and referrals.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years Physician Recruitment experience
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience within recruiting & staffing
  • Must have experience with iCIMS ATS system.
