PRACTICE:
Delaware Eye Institute has a unique opportunity for a fellowship trained glaucoma specialist, in Rehoboth Beach, DE. We have an existing glaucoma service, so you’ll be able to inherit an established patient base and join a highly respected multispecialty integrated MD/OD ophthalmic practice. Our facilities include a spacious free standing building with clinical lanes, business offices, optical, excellent onsite ASC, and state of the art equipment.
We’re offering very attractive base compensation and excellent top tier proven upside financial potential via quarterly incentive bonuses based on production and collections. Full benefits including health, vision, dental, matching 401k, paid CME, and paid relocation, are also provided. Equity options are also available.

This is a full time clinical and surgical ophthalmology physician position focused on the subspecialty of glaucoma with a group multi-subspecialty ophthalmic practice providing the highest quality patient care.
The incoming candidate will have an M.D. or D.O. degree and will have completed an ACGME accredited ophthalmology residency resulting in ABO board eligibility. The candidate will be board certified or board eligible and seeking certification if recently culminating training. Must have the ability to obtain and Delaware medical license and the requisite credentials for payer enrollment and receipt of surgical privileges.
