The Call Center Scheduler Representative will be responsible for answering telephone call inquiries of current and prospective patients, coordinating and organizing appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the healthcare environment and support delivery of quality patient care.The candidate is a hard worker, friendlly, great speaking voice and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures and insurances a plus. Willing to go the extra mmile for our patients calling in to make appointments.
