ESP is seeking a Corporate Recruiter for our growing company.  The ideal candidate should be passionate and obsessed about research: A true Hunter with a strong desire to investigate, chase leads, gather and examine information.

Responsibilities

  • Super organized – sourcing is highly demanding. You know how to manage your time and juggle from one requisition to the next with little adrenalin overload.
  • Engaging and Influential – cold calling and sending email is an art and require certain finesse. You can convince a lead and/or prospect who are gainfully employed to accept another opportunity.
  • Research driven – perform research, sourcing and screening activities to support the growth needs of the company.
  • Sourcing expert – recruit viable candidates for open positions using industry best practices and strategies.
  • Resume reviewing wizard – screen resumes for appropriate skills, credentials, experience and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience, within a high volume agency setting, either as a staffing coordinator, sourcer or recruiting assistant.
  • Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree, or relevant work experience within recruiting & staffing
  • Must have extensive experience with iCIMS ATS system.
