Our medically trained staff includes board certified surgeons, optometrists, and licensed optical specialists. Our experienced practitioners utilize a wide variety of the safest, most advanced techniques to protect, restore, and enhance the vision of our patients.


This position requires knowledge, passion, and commitment to supporting the practice's goals. As one of the fastest growing eye care companies in the country, the Provider Relations/Marketing Director will have the unique opportunity to build the practice's brand and create new venues to grow our business. This position works both independently and in partnership with outside firms, and the practice, in developing strategies to cultivate the brand and generate in-bound leads to our call center.


  • Manage the internal and external marketing efforts of the practice.
  • Establish goals and strategies for expansion of the practice’s market share.
  • Maintain and develop reports that provide the information needed for the internal and external marketing efforts (includes calendar of events and/or special campaigns).
  • Oversee and provide leadership for the improvement and maintenance of the practice’s website.
  • Provide high quality, consistent image and messaging in all communications (including radio and print ads).
  • Provide the leadership for the expansion and maintenance of our community relations efforts.
  • Responsibility for timely development of the PR and Marketing department annual plans and budget.
  • Establish internal controls to monitor and correct, on a monthly basis, adverse variances to the approved budget and/or plan.
  • Responsible for the development and expansion of corporate and medical contacts.
  • Increase referrals from existing physicians and other sources, and create new referral relationships to benefit all service lines of the practice.
  • Community involvement.
  • Media buys.
  • Develop/create internal marketing materials.
  • Develop /create direct mail campaigns.
  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Intricate knowledge of internal and external marketing.
  • Supervisory skills as relates to supervision of projects and resources.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Public speaking.
  • Computer knowledge and spreadsheet ability.
  • Professional interaction with patients, employees, physicians and outside referral sources.
  • Task oriented and ability to follow tasks to completion.
