$700/day | Malpractice Covered | 3–6 Month Assignment

Lawrence Eye Care, a Hauser Ross–affiliated practice, is seeking a full-time Locum (Temporary) Optometrist (1099 Independent Contractor) to join our well-established primary eye care practice in Chicago. This opportunity begins early July and will continue for 3–6 months, with a minimum 3-month commitment.

The Opportunity

• Full-time locum assignment (1099 IC)
• Start date: Early July
• Duration: 3–6 months
• $700 per day
• Medical malpractice insurance provided
• Average of 15 patients per day

Clinical Scope

• Primary eye care
• Comprehensive eye exams
• Medical optometry
• Contact lens services
• Optical support available on-site

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (2 Saturdays per month)
