Delaware Eye Care Center is searching for a Practice Manager for our large multi-specialty practice with 5 locations in northern and mid-state Delaware. Our Top Candidate must bring at least three to five years of management/supervisory experience, preferrably in an eye practice, but the same experience level in a busy medical speciality practice will most certainly be considered.

As a Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of our operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees and contributing to the achievement of our strategic goals.

• Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to team members
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Monitor daily operations to ensure they align with company standards
• Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Manage and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and objectives
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize project outcomes

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial role
• ophthalmolgy clinical and/or supervisory experience is overwhelmingly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
