Our Top Candidate will bring at least two years of Ophthalmic Technician experience with three years of combined management experience in supervising medical pratice teams of up to 20 employees.

The Lead Ophthalmic Technician must have a minimum of two years as an ophthalmic technician and preferrably has achieved their Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) certification. This role will perform all duties and functions of an Ophthalmic Technician. Effective execution of this role will require the ability to multitask and respond to the needs of the patients, doctors, and other staff efficiently and calmly. The Lead Ophthalmic Technician will also be required to support training efforts of other clinical staff as needed and travel to other practice locations to support the needs of the practice.
