Colorado Eye Center is seeking an experienced Optician for our Boulder, CO office. We offer excellent hours, no late evenings or major holidays, a lucrative spiff program, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate is American Board of Opticianry certified with 1-2 years of retail optician experience.
This is your opportunity to join one of the areas most recognized leaders in ophthalmology and optometry. The Colorado Eye Center (CEC) story begins with Dr. Jack May in 1963. He and his colleague, John Faulker, established the Center with one overarching goal: transform the way eye care is seen and approached in Colorado and beyond. Both doctors specialized not only in general optometry but also (and most importantly) inpatient care. From the office they shared, they made sure to operate with a “patient, first” mentality being at the forefront of their efforts. This was the case in 1963. And that legacy of care continues today. Today, Colorado Eye Center has 13 specialized doctors and six facilities. Our practice continues to advance forward, not only keeping up with the standard but innovating past the ‘expected’ to discover the unimaginable.
We are committed to customer service, and making every interaction extraordinary while inspiring the complete confidence of our patients. Our employees contribute directly to the growth and success of our practices, and take pride in being a member of our team. We strongly believe that the manner in which our patients and customers are treated by our employees is as important as the services provided by the doctor.
All of us at Colorado Eye Center are committed to inclusion and diversity. We believe today more than ever; it isn’t speaking the words, but starts with a culture of service, caring and listening and we would thoroughly enjoy meeting with you and discussing our employment opportunities.
