Madison Street Ambulatory Surgery Center is seeking a patient-focused, full-time Certified Surgical Technician for our Denver, Colorado, location. This role offers regular hours, no late evenings, major holidays, or weekends, and provides a collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate will prioritize patient safety and advocacy, demonstrate proficiency with surgical equipment and aseptic techniques, and excel in infection control practices. Effective communication, cultural competency, and collaborative skills are essential, along with strict adherence to facility policies, Universal Protocol, and regulatory standards. The role requires a commitment to quality improvement, precise documentation, room preparation, and post-procedure cleaning, alongside strong problem-solving abilities, and active participation in safety initiatives.
Madison Street Surgery Center is an accredited ambulatory surgery center specializing in eye surgeries that include cataract removal, premium lenses, retinal, eyelid, and cosmetic reconstructive procedures. Our staff members are selected for their professional expertise and strong desire to assist patients through a positive surgical experience.

The Surgical Technician is responsible for assisting with the implementation of quality perioperative nursing care and cooperates as a team member with other members of the perioperative system as well as those within the medical and administrative systems. Participates as a member of the perioperative nursing staff in planning, policy formation, and decision making as it relates to the operating room.
